Gambiaj.com – (Banjul, the Gambia)-  The Gambia Armed Forces (GAF) men’s team has been crowned the champions of the National Volleyball Championship 2025 after a thrilling comeback victory over Waa Banjul in a 3-1 match at the Bakau Volleyball Court. While Waa Banjul took an early lead by winning the opening set 25-23, GAF showed determination and resilience to dominate the next three sets and secure the win. With scores of 25-19, 25-14, and 25-22, GAF proved their skill and once again solidified their position as the top team in Gambian volleyball. Despite having a game in hand against Hamza Men this week, GAF is not under pressure as the newcomers will have to put up an impressive performance to defeat the well-established and talented GAF team.
