Gambiaj.com – (BANJUl, The Gambia) – The Gambia made a strong showing at the African School Games in Algeria over the weekend. The country, represented by 26 athletes, competed in six different sports and brought home a total of 18 medals, ranging from gold to bronze. The Gambia National Olympic Committee (GNOC) and the Ministry of Sports provided financial support for the team’s participation, and the GNOC expressed their pride in the team’s success.
