The Fiba e-license is not an electronic license, but refers to the licensing process for FIBA Game Officials (referees and commissioners), which is conducted every two years and involves selection by national federations, mandatory e-learning modules, a timed written test covering rules and officiating mechanics, a fitness test, and potentially a medical exam.
