Gambiaj.com – (Fajara, The Gambia) – Warrant Officer Class Two (WOII) Badjie Haruna of the Gambia Armed Forces (GAF) has returned to The Gambia after excelling in a rigorous five-month Leadership and Management Course at the Warrant Officers’ Academy of the Nigerian Army in Jaji, Kaduna. Notably, WOII Badjie was awarded the Best Allied/Foreign Student accolade, distinguishing himself among peers from various nations.
WOII Badjie, a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) serving at the Guards Battalion in Fajara Barracks, underwent training designed to enhance the leadership and managerial competencies of senior enlisted personnel.
The course also aims to mold participants into exemplary leaders who serve as vital links between officers and the lower ranks of military command, including soldiers, airmen, and airwomen.
