Saudi Inks Deal With Gambia on Avoidance of Double Taxation, Tax Evasion

The Governor of the Saudi Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority Eng. Suhail Abanmi and Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs of Gambia Seedy Keita have signed an agreement between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Gambia to avoid double taxation and tax evasion. The signing ceremony was held on the sidelines of the Saudi-Arab-African Economic Conference, currently held in Riyadh.

Hornchurch Scouts Raising Money to Travel to The Gambia.

A group of four teenagers from the Viking Explorers group have been hard at work raising funds for their expedition to Gambia next year. In July 2024 the British Hornchurch District Scouts will be travelling to Basse Santa Su in the Upper River Region of The Gambia. This area is on the east side of the country, far from the capital and tourist beaches.

President Barrow in Riyadh for Saudi-Africa Summit

President Adama Barrow has arrived in Saudi Arabia on Wednesday. Barrow was received by deputy governor of Riyadh region, Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz and other officials on his arrival at King Khalid International Airport. African leaders are arriving in the Kingdom for the forthcoming Saudi-Africa summit.
