Gambiaj.com – (Ziguinchor, Senegal) – A tragic accident occurred on Saturday, September 28, just outside the village of Tobor, a few kilometers from Ziguinchor in Senegal’s southern region. The crash claimed the life of a married man, identified as Mr. N., while his mistress and her friend sustained injuries.

According to reports, the three individuals were traveling from Guinea-Bissau, intending to spend the weekend in The Gambia. The driver, Mr. N., lost control of the vehicle, veering off the road and crashing into a tree. The impact killed him instantly, while the two women escaped with injuries.

The victims were rushed to the Ziguinchor regional hospital, where the injured women received medical attention. Mr. N.’s body was transferred to the hospital morgue.

On Sunday, September 29, Mr. N.’s lifeless body was transported back to Guinea-Bissau for burial. Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident while the victims recover from their injuries.
