Gambiaj.com – (DAKAR) – President Bassirou Diomaye Faye and Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko have implemented significant changes in the management of several key institutions, including the national broadcaster RTS, the Dakar Port, APIX, the Post Office, Blaise Diagne International Airport, and the Sanitation Office.
Among the notable changes are the dismissal of Mamadou Mamour Diallo, the alleged mastermind behind Aji Sarr’s conspiracy, from Onas; the removal of Abdoulaye Baldé, the former mayor of Ziguinchor, from Apix; the dismissal of Lieutenant General Moussa Fall who is also cited as another conspirator in the Aji Sarr Case, and the sacking of Racine Talla from RTS. Noticeable is also the appointment of Cheikh Bamba Dièye who takes over the top position at Blaise Diagne Airport as well as the appointment of Pape Alé Niang at RTS, the national broadcaster. All these changes were revealed during Wednesday’s cabinet meeting chaired by President Bassirou Diomaye Faye.

1. Mr. Bara DIOUF, Administrative and Financial Manager, is appointed General Delegate for the Promotion of the Urban Poles of Diamniadio and Lac Rose, replacing Mr. Diène Farba SARR.
2. Mr. Bacary Sega BATHILY, Specialist in Project Management, is appointed Director General of the Agency for the Promotion of Investments and Major Works (APIX SA), replacing Mr. Abdoulaye BALDE.
3. Mr. Pape Alé NIANG, Journalist, is appointed Director General of Radiotélévision Sénégalaise (RTS), replacing Mr. Racine TALLA.
4. Mr. Waly DIOUF BODIANG, Principal Inspector of Taxes and Lands, is appointed Director General of the Société nationale du Port Autonome de Dakar, replacing Mr. Mountaga SY.
5. Mr. Cheikh Mamadou Abiboulaye DIEYE, Engineer in Engineering and Public Works, is appointed Director General of Blaise DIAGNE International Airport (AIBD SA), replacing Mr. Abdoulaye DIEYE.
6. Mr. Fadilou KEITA, Manager in Financial Management, is appointed Director General of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, replacing Mr. Cheikh Issa SALL.
7. Mr. Maguette KANE, Inspector of Posts and Financial Services, is appointed Director General of the National Company La Poste, replacing Mr. Mohamadou DIAITE.
8. Mr. Bassirou KEBE, Specialist in Project Management, is appointed Director General of the National Society of Housing for Moderate Rent (SN HLM), replacing Mamadou Diagne SY MBENGUE.
9. Mr. Mouhamadou Moctar MAGASSOUBA, specialist in corporate finance, is appointed Managing Director of the Cape Verde Real Estate Company (SICAP SA), replacing Mr. Mamadou KASSE.
10. Mr. Serigne Mamadou MBOUP, Specialist in Management and Tourism and Hotel Strategy, is appointed General Director of the Society for the Development and Promotion of Coasts and Tourist Zones of Senegal (SAPCO SA) replacing Mr. Souleymane NDIAYE.
11. Ms. Marie Rose FAYE, Expert in Management and Human Resources Management, is appointed Director General of the Development and Supervision Agency for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (ADEPME), replacing Mr. Idrissa DIABIRA.
12. Mrs. Yaye Khadidiatou Djamila DIALLO, Specialist in Business Law, is appointed Director General of the National Agency for Early Childhood and the Toddler Case, replacing Mrs. Maimouna CISSOKHO.
