Gambiaj.com – (BANJUL, The Gambia) – Former Police Public Relations Officer David Kujabi has issued a sharply worded political reflection on Dr. Ismaila Ceesay’s role in government, arguing that the minister’s presence at State House has revealed more about his politics than his earlier public image ever suggested.
In his commentary, Kujabi draws a stark contrast between Dr. Ceesay’s past reputation as a fearless lecturer and outspoken political critic and what he now describes as his role as a defender of the Barrow administration.
He recalls a figure once widely admired for challenging authoritarianism but who, in his view, is now seen as justifying the very system he once opposed.
